Project Description: 

This roof had multiple previous failed repairs and would still leak after each one. The main cause was an improper installation that left gaps for water to penetrate the roof, requiring a metal roof restoration: power wash, knockdown on the bottom edge, spray foam ridges and valleys, caulk bolts, apply fabric to every seam, and apply a color-matched full coating.
