Project Description:
Located in Fort Worth, Billy Bob's Texas, "The World's Largest Honky Tonk" entertainment center, underwent a significant roof restoration by DFW Urethane. The existing 1980s Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof, damaged by hail and mechanical issues, required extensive repairs. DFW Urethane addressed 20% of the severely damaged areas, ensuring the roof was moisture-free before applying Everprime GP. The entire roof received a 3-coat Evercoat EC/HT process, with high-traffic areas benefiting from a 4-coat process and higher compressive foam, complemented by yellow spaghetti walk pads around 40 a/c units. The viscosity of the Everest material effectively repaired hail damage, with veteran sprayer Ben Hurd praising it as the best coating he has encountered since 1978. This restoration ensures the continued durability and resilience of Billy Bob's Texas.
