Project Description:
The project involved installing the EverMetal Metal Roof Restoration System on the county courthouse roof, ensuring the new system matched the existing color. Due to the critical nature of the courthouse, it was imperative to address the leaks promptly and accurately. The building, despite having a relatively new metal roof, was plagued by numerous installation errors and deficiencies, resulting in multiple leaks. To correctthese issues, the majority of the metal seams required resealing to prevent further water intrusion and protect the courthouse's integrity.
