Project Description:
This project entailed the installation of an Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) and Coating Roof System on an existing Built-Up Roof (BUR). The building's aged concrete deck was suffering from leaks and general wear and tear. The SPF System was selected as it offered an effective solution without the need to anchor into the concrete deck, and it came with a robust, leak-free warranty. The existing BUR roof had deteriorated significantly, resulting in extensive ponding water across various areas of the roof. The new SPF system addressed these issues, providing a durable and reliable roofing solution.
