This restoration incorporated the light gray, high performance EverCoat acrylic system. It was accented with Fluorostar to achieve the bold red colors of the painted logo.

Using a liquid-applied membrane system, the contractor ensured a seamless, weather-resistant barrier on flat roof sections with Silkoxy high-solids white silicone. For metal roof areas, meticulous cleaning and tinted acrylic elastomeric coatings provided comprehensive protection. This was top coated with Fluorostar, a superior PVDF coating technology with extreme color fastness and durability. The contractor added one-way roof vents, silicone walkway pads, and painted screen walls for extra flair and functionality.

Fidelity wanted to update the appearance of this location’s aged standing seam metal roof to align with the bank's rebranding with a bold blue.
