The roofing system at New Frontier Bank had an 18-year-old EPDM membrane that had developed leaks due to delaminating seams. To address these issues, the leak points were repaired, and Everest Systems Silkoxy H3 was applied according to the 10-year manufacturer's specification. This new roofing system not only resolved the leaks but also significantly lowered the rooftop temperature. As a result, the building received a 10-year warranty for NFB, ensuring long-term protection and performance.
