Project Description:
To create a more cohesive appearance across the campus, the school district chose to restore the building's roof so it would match the color of the other school facilities. The existing roof was first thoroughly cleaned using AF Cleaner Concentrate to prepare the substrate for optimal adhesion. Once the surface was properly prepared, a 20-year Evermetal Silkoxy Silicone Restoration System featuring Silkoxy H3-EZ was installed, providing a durable, long-lasting roofing solution with a refreshed, uniform finish.
