Project Description:
Saint Mary's HR office experienced recurring leaks throughout the building for the past few years while getting reroof and overlay pricing. Cracks and splits in the field and at seam plates were the main culprits behind their leaks. An Evercoat Silkoxy system was installed over the degrading PVC membrane. Evertread Silkoxy Silicone Walkpads were installed over the system as the designated walk path to ensure safe and secure maintenance access.
