Project Description:
Multiple sections of the roof had leaks that need to be addressed. Early this year, we restored another section that was leaking. This had successfully stopped their leaks in that section. When they encountered more leaks in other sections, they had us come back and restore multiple other sections. We restored multiple sections of this large manufacturing facility. Some sections needed additional r-value and were spray-foamed. Other sections just needed to be sealed with coating. We power washed, knockdown on the bottom edge, caulked bolts, applied fabric to every seam, and applied a full coating.
